The new album is The Bone Church
Dead Poets Society has about twelve to fourteen songs in various stages of completion. About five of them are VERY close to being in the final mix stages. We are still going back and re-recording tracks or lyrics we are unhappy with but this has been happening less and less often. The new album is a concept album. We expect to re-vamp the website to echo the design we are considering for the new album. We originally came up with concepts for about twenty songs and are diligently trying to narrow down the tracks that will actually end up on the new album. Every time we re-arrange the song order, we find ourselves making new and altering old segues that reveal some of the exposition that drives the new material. Additionally there has been some talk about recording some live drum tracks in a new studio we recently discovered.
